Employee theft and sabotage in the workplace is a concerning issue that has lately come to light thanks to Ghanaian actress and entrepreneur Shugatiti.

The CEO of Pot of Shuga, Shugatiti, opened up about the difficulties she has had dealing with dishonest workers in an open interview on Kingdom FM.

Distinguishing the myth that work prospects are limited, Shugatiti stressed that there are, in fact, plenty of job openings. She did, however, criticise some young people's work ethics, calling them indolent and uninspired.

"Work opportunities are abundant," Shugatiti remarked.

"But some of these young men and women end up stealing from their employers or engaging in despicable acts to sabotage their bosses," the speaker went on. The actress talked about her personal encounters with ex-workers who tried to pilfer from her company.

She clarified that some of her employees disregarded her efforts because they thought her success was the result of wealthy guys sponsoring her.

According to her own words

According to Shugatiti, "some of my former employees tried to steal from me." "They frequently attempted to undermine my business because they believed I was sponsored by sugar daddies."
