Fraudsters using cell phones have tricked a young woman at Accra's well-known Circle.
The woman, who looks to be in her early 20s, claims that she went to Circle in Accra to exchange her iPhone 7 Plus for an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Sadly, she lost both the iPhone 7 Plus and GHS1,500 at Circle.
Narrating her story, she added that she was taken to a kiosk at Circle, where she told the phone vendor that she was going to exchange her iPhone 7 Plus for an iPhone 13 Pro Max.
She complied to the fraudster's request to add GHS 1,500 to her phone in order to complete the transaction, as she explained in the heartfelt yet amusing video.
She was given an authentic iPhone 13 Pro Max to verify, which she said was OK.
